Support for Coinbase Advanced Derivatives Futures

For USA users Coinbase Perpetuals will not work. Currently the only way to trade futures and/or with margin is to trade futures/derivatives on Coinbase advanced. For those of us who would like to take full advantage of 3commas bots for futures trading this would be a wonderful feature to add.
