We don't have to login each time a new IP is detected

Hello, I am trying to login via my apple Id on my desktop , i have bad internet and so have to switch between wifi and iphone hotspot , the all on my iPhone is fine but my mac via browse keeps getting made to verify new ip each time, my question is why is t it recognising its a common ip ( store it) or that im going through my iphone hotspot ?

And soon I am going traveling around the country by road, using Starlink satellite , i expect ill have to hotspot at times . This is a continuing pain due to also having to log in repeatedly when it times me out on browser, i close the browser .

If it detects it is the same device and its the same login credentials then it is actually insecure to log it out so its not for my protection but rather its for you guys to have peace of mind not me, It causes me not to have peace of mind

The app on my iphone logs in through the same process abd has different ip every time I connect to different cell towers, both devices log in through my apple id , logging out my mac when the location isn’t moving around is just pointless and anoting
